With two of my new Korean friends at Carnival Night at the house.
Sitting down to an enjoyable dinner of mussels in Brussels.
On our way to the movies, we came across the cutest little candy/sweet shop.
I bought cookies wanting to mail them home but figured they
would be no good once they arrived...so I ate them instead : )
Unfortunately you can't really tell, but behind the bars is a peeing girl.
Don't ask me what the significance is because I don't have a clue, but it was really funny!
Restaurant Row at Ground Plaza in Brussels.
Eating our Mussels in Brussels.  They were delicious!!
Mussels!
Atomium.  This structure or atom was built for the World's Fair 1958.
Aren't we cute!  That's one of my good friends, Paige.
We took a trip to Eupen to visit a Belgian Chocolate Factory.  It was delicious and needless to say it took all of Jen's will power not to knock down that glass and eat some chocolate.
A horrible picture but in that red bin is where they dispose of all the reject candy.
I would have liked to have taken it and given it a proper home : )
We also visited an America Cemetery dedicated to
those who lost their lives in World War II.
Metal of Honor Recipient
All the crosses were made of Italian marble.  It was extraordinary.
This is my new favorite thing of Belgium, a Waffle Van!
You can buy a yummy hot waffle for only 1.50 euro!!
Saw this on our way to the Atomium and just had to take a picture of it!
See it's never too late to rekindle the fire : )
So I've always thought Michelle was the queen of cheap, guess I was wrong :)
I washed my socks in the sink just to avoid having to do a load of laundry.
Good thing I packed lots of undies!!
